## Corporate Transactional, Regulatory, and Compliance Partners and Associates – Health Care Practice Group

Law Firm is seeking Partners and Associates in its Health Care Practice Group in the Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; and Dayton, OH offices. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of four years of health care regulatory, compliance, and corporate transactional experience, and should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

### Qualifications

* A license to practice in Ohio is preferred. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Ohio bar exam or eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered.
* Strong academic background.
* Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
