A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in Medical Malpractice litigation. This position requires an attorney who is adept at managing cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, along with a thorough understanding of the litigation process. This is a full-time position based in Blue Bell, PA.
Location:
Duties:
- Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from case inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery, depositions, and other pre-trial procedures.
- Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
- Work closely with expert witnesses and other professionals to develop case strategy.
- Attend court appearances and advocate for clients during trial.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Experience handling cases from inception through trial.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
