Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for labor and employment law? Do you have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law? If so, Jackson Lewis . is seeking an Advice and Counsel attorney to join our team in Orange County, CA.

As an Advice and Counsel attorney, you will have the opportunity to conduct audits of employer practices, draft and revise policies and handbooks, and provide guidance on complex employment law issues. Your strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication will be critical in this role. Experience conducting trainings or workplace investigations is preferred but not required.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the CA State Bar and in good standing, and have at least 9 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of current agency enforcement techniques is a plus.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary within a range of $253,000-$275,000, based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and market demands.
