Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid, and/or special needs planning is a plus. The candidate will have extensive client contact and maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements. Participate in the firm's business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Must be New York admitted.
