Venture Technology (Venture Focus) Associate - New York
Salary range: $250,000 - $400,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Counsel venture capital firms and emerging companies in day-to-day affairs
- Handle transactional work, including venture financings, exits, and working capital arrangements
- Represent the interests of venture firms and other sources of capital in transactions
- Build relationships with clients and the broader ecosystem
