Position Summary

Shutts & Bowen LLP's Orlando office is seeking a highly motivated associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with partners who specialize in providing legal counsel to publicly and privately-held entities on various corporate transactions including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt financing. The role will also involve handling general corporate matters and requires exceptional drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. While not required, experience at a top national or international law firm would be advantageous. The position is based in Orlando and candidates must be members of the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities
