Position Summary

- Senior Associate or Partner for Private Client Services Practice Group
- Based out of any Shutts location
- Must be willing to spend time in Miami office
- 5-15 years of relevant experience
- Areas of expertise include estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration
- Services provided to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries
- International estate planning experience is a plus
- Will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates
- LLM in Tax or Estate Planning preferred but not required
- Must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal services in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration
- Advise and counsel clients on matters related to estate planning and administration
- Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Research and analyze complex legal issues related to estate planning
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in estate planning matters
- Work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates
