Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare judicial council forms
- Draft pleadings, declarations, briefs, etc.
- Familiarity with CCP and local rules
- Meet with clients
- Interact with parties, counsel, courts, and support staff
- Manage a heavy caseload and assist multiple attorneys
- Perform standard to complex family law tasks with autonomy and minimal instruction

Requirements:

- Experience in family law is a must
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to give 100% while at work
- Genuine care for clients and their needs
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and personal accountability
