IP Transactions Attorney The candidate will develop and hone patent drafting skills. Should have a JD from an accredited law school. BS or MS degrees in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience with complex high technology and IP related transactions, including licensing agreements, M&A, and commercial agreements OR 5+ years of experience in high technology patent prosecution or litigation. Experience with privacy and data protection is preferred. Strong contract drafting, collaboration, teaming, and negotiation skills are essential. Membership in good standing in the AK, CA, DC, ID, MN, OR, UT, or WA Bar is required.
