The candidate will perform legal writing and research, appear in court, perform client intake, maintain time and billing records, utilize case management software, and review case files on a weekly basis. Will manage a caseload of thirty-plus files. Engage in motion practice, evidentiary and status hearings. Propound discovery and respond to discovery. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
