Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy associate attorney with 3 years of bankruptcy experience representing creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. The candidate will prepare and review motions for relief from stay for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13s and objections to Chapter 13 plans. Will respond to motions to value, oppositions to objections to claim, review and interpret all documents (legal & otherwise) deeds of trusts, notes, assignments, property titles, dockets, pleadings, etc. Respond to court notifications and inquiries received from clients, debtors, and debtors' attorneys. Chapter 11 experience and Adversary Matters experience are a plus. Must be Admitted to practice and in good standing in Tennessee and all federal bankruptcy courts. Being admitted to practice in other states is a plus. Experience in drafting pleadings, making court appearances, and case law research is required.
