Law Firm Seeking Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate in Miami

Duane Morris LLP is currently seeking a highly qualified mid-senior level litigation associate to join our thriving Miami office. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5-7 years of experience in federal court commercial litigation, with knowledge and experience in bankruptcy court being a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong presence and advocacy ability. In addition, we require stellar academics and admission to the Florida Bar. We offer a hybrid work schedule for added flexibility.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of federal court commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in federal court commercial litigation
- Knowledge and experience in bankruptcy court is a plus
