This is a mid-to-senior level position, with a focus on commercial litigation, cybersecurity, and data privacy. Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Represent clients in private arbitrations and before governmental agencies
- Work closely with partners to develop and execute business-oriented solutions for clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance and support

Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
- IAPP CIPP/US certification and experience with cybersecurity and data privacy issues preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent academic record
- Admission to practice in PA, NY, NJ and/or . is preferred
