A law firm located in Ardmore, PA is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its team. Duties:
- Provide high-quality legal services and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including litigation and transactional matters, with minimal supervision.
- Draft complaints, answer complaints, engage in motion practice, manage discovery, and represent clients in oral arguments and trials.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the firm’s brand and deliver competent legal services.
- Maintain an agreed-upon caseload, achieving profitable billings, and meeting chargeable hours expectations per case and firm-wide.
- Ensure client satisfaction through strong communication and efficient case management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or transactional law.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Transactional Law, and/or Litigation.
- Member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, motion practice, and trial experience.
- Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
- High academic standards and a demonstrated track record of success in legal practice.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Skills:
- Expertise in Corporate Law, Transactional Law, and Litigation.
- Strong litigation skills, including trial preparation, motion practice, and discovery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
