We are currently seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our Global Employment & Labor Law practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions. Our North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group is a one-stop-shop for clients, offering both domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation representation. We assist multinational companies with a range of employment issues, from expansion into new jurisdictions to managing a global workforce and defending against litigation in state and federal courts.

As an ideal candidate, you will have 1-3 years of employment counseling and/or general employment litigation experience, with a background in international employment law. We highly value strong academic credentials from a top law school, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Previous experience in an employment practice at a top tier law firm is also preferred. Additionally, the ability to thrive in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members is essential.

Job Description:

- Providing advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions
- One-stop-shop for clients, offering both domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation representation

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of employment counseling and/or general employment litigation experience
- Background in international employment law
