Salary: Dependent on experience, starting at $35,244 for entry level candidates

Responsibilities:

- Provide intake, outreach, and support for legal services at the Knoxville Family Justice Center
- Demonstrate commitment to exceptional legal work and equal access to justice
- Possess cultural sensitivity for the communities served and uphold the mission and values of LAET
- Work closely with clients to navigate legal challenges and seek justice
- Answer calls for high-quality legal services to improve communities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program
- Cultural sensitivity and commitment to equal access to justice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
