## Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney

Law firm Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer is looking for an associate attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have in the legal field, and should have excellent legal writing, analysis and research skills. A background in human resources or related areas, or classes in in litigation or employment law are also desirable.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, position statements and discovery motions
- Review and analyze documents provided by clients and obtained through discovery
- Identify further discovery needed and assess our clients’ position
- Work collaboratively with clients and let them define what victory means in each unique case
- Participate in the firm’s marketing and client outreach efforts, including social media
