Job Description The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees. They will handle employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position will also analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations to prevent future issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
