- Seeking a Private Equity Finance Attorney to work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions
- This position is based in Miami, Florida with additional locations in Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; New York, New York; Dallas, Texas; and Austin, Texas
- The attorney will manage closing processes, review and draft loan documents, and work with a variety of clients and industries

Responsibilities:
- Manage closing processes for private equity sponsored financing transactions
- Review and draft loan documents, including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and collateral documents
- Prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines and expectations
- Collaborate with peers and possess complimentary expertise to find solutions for clients
- Direct own growth and pursue a wide range of practice opportunities for clients with diverse needs
