This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with 3 or more years of experience in a variety of labor and employment matters, including counseling and litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and hands-on experience working directly with clients on a range of issues.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Providing counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment matters
- Drafting severance agreements, handbooks, and other employment-related documents
- Conducting internal investigations
- Representing clients in hearings and arbitrations
- Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Admission and good standing with the Texas bar
- 3 or more years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong academic credentials
