The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in the field and be able to work remotely or in any of our offices located in Baltimore, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. **Responsibilities** The successful candidate will be expected to handle the following responsibilities: - Bid protests - Claims and performance disputes - Terminations for default or convenience - Regulatory compliance advice and counseling - Internal investigations - Mandatory disclosures - False Claims Act issues - SBA regulations and programs - Organizational Conflicts of Interest - Suspension and debarment - Cost issues including Cost Accounting Standards and allowability - GSA Federal Supply Schedule and Multiple Award Schedule Contracts - Negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements **Qualifications** - Must have relevant federal government contracting experience - Portable business is necessary **Salary & Benefits** McDonald Hopkins offers competitive salaries and benefits packages commensurate with experience. **Application Process** Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and resume.
