Job Description:

Patenaude & Felix, APC, a growing civil litigation law firm with offices in seven states, is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, as well as knowledge of California and Federal Laws. Experience with e-filing and familiarity with court requirements in California is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Communicate with clients and assist with case management
- Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Think critically and problem solve
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
