Title: Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions Associate
Location: Multiple offices - Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, .
Salary: $180,000 - $305,000 (actual salary may vary based on experience and location)
Experience: 3-6 years of legal experience working on mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactional matters, preferably in the insurance industry

Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a partnership-track mergers and acquisitions associate to join their Insurance practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of legal experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with significant deal experience and the ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, reinsurance, conversions, demutualization, and other restructuring transactions
- Engage with insurance industry groups and participate in business development opportunities
- Provide top-quality work with minimal supervision

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactional matters
- Preference for experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
