Our team represents both early-stage biotech companies and established, publicly traded pharmaceutical companies in all aspects of patent portfolio development, including prosecution, counseling, due diligence, transactions, and infringement defense and avoidance. We have a track record of success in patent disputes before the USPTO and are renowned for our expertise in protecting second generation drugs and biologics. We offer a competitive salary of $310,000+ based on class year and experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience representing biotech companies and investors in international patent portfolio development and life cycle management
• Strong skills in non-infringement and invalidity analysis, post-grant proceedings, and IP due diligence
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Must be registered to practice before the USPTO
