Qualifications:


• Experience representing biotech companies and investors in international patent portfolio development and life cycle management
• Strong skills in non-infringement and invalidity analysis, post-grant proceedings, and IP due diligence
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Must be registered to practice before the USPTO
