Holland & Knight, a leading law firm in San Francisco, is seeking a qualified real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. This position will be focused on transactional work with an emphasis on complex real estate and corporate transactions, specifically in mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional drafting and a admission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complex real estate and/or corporate transactions
- Draft and review multiple documents related to mixed-use developments
- Utilize strong writing skills to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to successfully complete projects

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of transactional experience, preferably with a focus on mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality
- Admission to practice in California
- Strong academic background
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on technical proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary Information:

The pay range for this position in California is $260,000 - $365,000 per year, in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. This range is specific to the San Francisco location and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
