Duties:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in representing issuers and investment banks in securities offerings and advising on compliance with federal securities laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in a law firm environment with a strong understanding of securities regulations and corporate governance.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in New York State.
