Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced litigator to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Houston or Dallas office. Candidates should have experience in general liability defense, strong written communication skills, and be admitted to the Texas bar. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility.

H2: Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Texas bar admission
• Experience in general liability defense, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting complex opinions and motions
