Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Support Lawyer (PSL) to join our Practice Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and drafting internal and external thought leadership content, creating and managing model documents and forms, curating and organizing content and knowledge resources, and preparing training materials for our Public Companies, Corporate Governance & Capital Markets practice areas. This position is available in any of our . offices.

Job Description:
- Support the Public Companies, Corporate Governance & Capital Markets practice areas in organizing and overseeing practice area activities
- Develop and maintain substantive content for marketing and business development efforts, including articles, client alerts, presentations, case studies, and blogs
- Create, develop, and maintain model documents, forms, and drafting guidance for the practice areas
- Ensure practice area content and resources are up-to-date and easily accessible to attorneys
- Stay current on relevant securities and corporate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Facilitate and present legal training programs for attorneys and paralegals
- Possess strong legal drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Maintain relationships with department personnel, Firm management, and other attorneys and staff
- Demonstrate a commitment to knowledge-sharing, efficiency, and excellence in legal work
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exhibit a high degree of initiative and adaptability to change
- Possess a strategic focus and stay up-to-date on current legal market trends and innovations

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm in public companies, corporate governance, or capital markets practice
- Juris Doctor degree
- Strong passion for delivering legal services in new and innovative ways
- Superior teams-oriented ethic and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in workflow
- Highly motivated and aligned with the Firm's goals and culture

Benefits and Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $267,250, with additional performance-based bonuses available. The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors, such as experience and location.
