Senior Paralegal

Law Firm is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their fathers' rights practice. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys, managing the day-to-day operations of the paralegal team, and handling complex legal tasks and cases independently. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution, as well as at least 5 years of experience working as a paralegal. The Senior Paralegal will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the paralegal team, including assigning tasks and managing workload
Conduct legal research and analysis
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Assist attorneys in the preparation for trial, including organizing and reviewing evidence, preparing witness lists, and drafting motions and briefs
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
Manage case files and documents, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
At least 5 years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably in a fathers' rights practice
Strong research and writing skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
