• Salary range for Senior Defense Litigation Attorney: $120,000-$150,000

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a highly competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications.

Join a team of experienced litigators and work on a variety of general liability defense cases, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of general liability defense cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and complex opinions
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• Manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines

Requirements:
• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Admitted to the Illinois bar
• Experience with general liability defense preferred
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft complex opinions and motions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
