Job Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Representing clients in government investigations, civil and criminal proceedings, internal investigations, and other enforcement actions • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other documents related to government investigations, civil and criminal proceedings, and other enforcement actions • Representing clients in negotiations with government attorneys and other parties • Advising clients on the development and implementation of compliance programs • Participating in client meetings and presenting reports, findings, and recommendations • Supporting the firm's litigation practice • Assisting in the training and development of junior attorneys Qualifications • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in government enforcement defense and internal investigations matters • . degree from an accredited law school • Excellent academic credentials • Strong writing and analytical skills • Ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal skills • Admission to the California State Bar Salary and Benefits The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
