**Members Only**, a leading law firm with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, Denver, Colorado, New York, New York, and Washington, ., is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and management team to support the firm's critical risk management functions and operations. What You Will Do:

As a Staff Attorney - Risk Management and Operations, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

- Reviewing and analyzing vendor and third-party contracts, as well as outside counsel guidelines and other client-tendered engagement terms
- Assisting with the vetting of prospective new clients by reviewing and drafting client engagement terms
- Conducting detailed research on ethics and professional responsibility issues
- Collaborating with firm attorneys to negotiate engagement or conflict waiver terms with clients
- Assisting with responding to client and vendor due diligence questionnaires
- Supporting the firm's General Counsel and management team with other special projects as assigned
- Contributing to process, procedure, and technology improvements to provide optimum customer service and efficiency

What You Will Need:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

- degree from an accredited law school
- At least two years of experience as an in-house attorney or practicing associate with contract review experience
- Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and handle shifting demands and opportunities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

What You Will Receive:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
