Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to produce high-quality work.
- Assist with scheduling hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- File documents electronically with various courts.
- Edit and review corporate documents, such as estate planning, real estate, banking, and contracts.
- Other duties as assigned, in compliance with the firm's Standards of Quality for Legal Assistants.

Requirements:

- Ability to problem-solve and think independently.
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Interpersonal skills to work well with other members of the firm.
- 2-year Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies or related business field preferred.
