Holland & Hart, a full-service law firm with offices across the Mountain West region, is seeking an experienced Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal to join their tax practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and a background in tax, estate, and trust planning, as well as litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is also a team player and has excellent attention to detail.

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range for paralegals in Colorado is per hour based on a work week
- Compensation for this position in other Holland & Hart offices will be competitive with similar positions in the market
- Paralegals are eligible for overtime and may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance

Job Title: Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal

Experience Required: Minimum of three years

Location: Denver, Salt Lake City, Boise, or Jackson (various office locations available)

- Assist with tax, estate, and trust planning
- Handle trust and estate administration
