New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a finance commercial paper associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in finance, with experience working on commercial paper programs, asset-backed programs, and/or other note issuance programs. The candidate will play a crucial role in the Structured Finance practice group, providing legal counsel and support to clients involved in commercial paper programs, loan facilities, and other structured finance transactions. Should have experience with commercial paper, asset-backed, or other note-issuance programs. Must have a deep understanding of commercial paper and note issuance programs, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions. Proficient in handling finance transactions, including commercial paper and note issuance programs, is required. In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations and laws relating to such programs, including the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, is needed. Should have Admission to the New York Bar. A deep understanding of market practices and relevant legal frameworks is required. A strong understanding of financial concepts, credit analysis, and financial markets is needed.
