With a focus on providing high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, Bond’s Intellectual Property practice offers a broad platform and includes patent and trademark portfolio development, litigation, post-grant proceedings, studies and opinions, and technology transfer and licensing.

We are currently seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as preferably experience in intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills, as well as a USPTO registration. While all technical disciplines will be considered, a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering is preferred.

Join our Team - Competitive Salary and Benefits
We understand the value of our team and offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent. The salary range for Associates is $110,000 to $150,000, and we also offer a hybrid work arrangement that allows for flexibility in location. Our good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation are based on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Handle intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution and enforcement
- Conduct studies and provide opinions on intellectual property matters
- Assist with technology transfer and licensing

Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Experience in intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement preferred

- USPTO registration required
