Responsibilities:

- Lead or participate in complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning
- Provide legal advice and representation for the company in highly complex litigation, negotiations, and claims related issues
- Review and analyze complex challenges and manage litigation
- Provide guidance on legal matters and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Draft and review legal documents and independently resolve issues
- Identify and analyze legal issues and develop recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Educate and supervise less experienced attorneys
- Partner with business leaders and other departments to develop risk management programs

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of legal experience
- Active state bar membership or equivalent
- Ability to analyze employment law and regulatory issues
- In-house legal experience preferred
- Experience with FINRA matters and employment litigation
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environment

Job Expectations:

- Up to 10% travel
- Ability to work at one of the approved job posting locations
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week
