Duties

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Provide legal advice on real estate development projects and related regulatory matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm’s real estate practice.
• Work closely with experienced professionals to receive operational and financial support.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• A portable book of business is preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
