Job Title: Construction Associate Attorney
Location: Bethesda or Tysons Corner Office

Offit Kurman, a leading law firm in the DC-Metro area, is seeking an experienced Construction Litigator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a background in civil litigation and a passion for construction law to join a highly respected and growing firm.

Responsibilities:
- Handle sophisticated construction and commercial litigation matters
- Conduct depositions and attend court proceedings
- Prepare witnesses for trial
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Admitted to practice in MD and/or VA (both is a plus)
- Experience with Federal Government Contracts is a plus
