- Must have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills.
- Primary duties include file review and legal analysis, extensive legal research and drafting, representing clients in court and depositions, trial preparation, and some travel may be required.
- 2-5 years' experience in insurance coverage preferred, but not required.
- . degree from an ABA-approved law school and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
