Law Firm Seeking Experienced Intellectual Property Attorney

Are you an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney looking for a new opportunity? Look no further than Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm with over 300 attorneys and 16 offices across New York State, as well as locations in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ. We are currently seeking IP Attorneys with at least two years of experience to join our growing and sophisticated intellectual property practice.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

To be considered for this position, candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills, as well as at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement is preferred. We welcome candidates from all technical disciplines, but a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering is preferred. USPTO registration is required.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

That's why we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 for our Associates, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The actual salary will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, and office location.
