# Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate Opportunity at Ice Miller

Ice Miller LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Healthcare Transactions practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals, and other contractual arrangements. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters such as fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues.

## Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:

* Working remotely two days per week
