Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's Hartford, CT office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in complex litigation, and experience with insurance defense matters is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters


• Develop and execute effective legal strategies


• Analyze legal issues and develop legal theories


• Prepare legal documents and pleadings


• Conduct legal research and analysis


• Represent clients in court proceedings


• Advise clients on legal matters


• Provide legal advice to clients


• Negotiate settlements

The successful candidate will have excellent legal writing and research skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
