Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in patent litigation cases

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar of Texas
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or an equivalent degree
• Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
• Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required
