The candidate will be handling matters in both Illinois and Missouri state and federal courts. Will be serving in case evaluations and review, court/docket appearances, conducting depositions, and legal research and writing. Gain experience in every facet of defense litigation and work on a variety of cases, including personal injury, workers? compensation, toxic tort, insurance disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability.
