Offit Kurman, a growing law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Estates & Trusts Attorney to join our team. This position is open to both Senior Associates and Junior Partners with ten or more years of experience in trusts and estates law. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents and providing comprehensive legal counsel. We are looking for a candidate with excellent client relationship skills and the ability to independently manage complex estate planning matters.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of ten years of experience practicing trusts and estates law. You should also have a proven track record of drafting and reviewing both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, including irrevocable and revocable trusts, wills, SLATs, and GRATs. This role will require you to work in our Philadelphia office a few times a week, so you must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

- Draft and review estate planning documents, including irrevocable and revocable trusts, wills, SLATs, and GRATs, incorporating tax planning strategies.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to high-net-worth clients.
- Lead in-person client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Independently manage and first-chair complex estate planning matters.
- Work in the Philadelphia office a few times a week.
