Summary: Ballard Spahr LLP, a leading law firm with over 600 lawyers and 15 offices across the ., is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, administrative practice, and labor and employment counseling. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation in state and federal courts
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings before local, state, and federal agencies
- Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters
- Participate in traditional labor matters, such as arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges
- Assist with transactional matters involving labor and employment issues
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Litigation Department to represent diverse clients in complex litigation cases
- Maintain active bar licenses in PA and NJ
- Demonstrate superior academic credentials and strong communication skills

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Active bar licenses in PA and NJ
- Experience in employment litigation and administrative practice
- Familiarity with traditional labor matters and transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus
- Superior academic credentials
- Strong communication skills
