We are looking for highly talented Sr. Paralegals to join our team and work remotely. ## Job Description Sr. Paralegals are an integral part of DLA Piper’s client service teams, providing support to lawyers, co-counsel, and clients on a variety of substantive matters. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, 6 years of Paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services environment, experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate should also have Blue Sky experience, experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports), and strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ## Responsibilities - Develop, monitor, and update closing and other books and other documents - Research, prepare, and file legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports - Manage data rooms and matter files - Coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation - Develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists ## Salary and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary of $95k-$130k, depending on candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
