Location: New York
Salary Range: $225,000 - $365,000
Experience: Preferred background in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or equivalent degree. Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong background in patent litigation to advance their career and work with a prestigious firm.

As an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex patent litigation cases, representing clients in a variety of industries. You will also have the chance to work alongside and learn from some of the most experienced and accomplished attorneys in the field of intellectual property law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in patent litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in discovery and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with team members and work on cross-functional matters

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or equivalent degree
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
- Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in patent litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
