Job Description

- The Associate in the Real Estate Practice department will work on a variety of complex real estate transactions for a diverse group of clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice to clients.
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on cross-border transactions and gain experience in international real estate law.
- The candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates to develop legal strategies and ensure the successful completion of transactions.
- The candidate will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
- The candidate will have the opportunity to work on transactions in a variety of industries, including hospitality and healthcare.
- The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions, and other institutional investors.
