Job Description

- The Associate in the Real Estate Practice department will work on a variety of complex real estate transactions for a diverse group of clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice to clients.
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on cross-border transactions and gain experience in international real estate law.
- The candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates to develop legal strategies and ensure the successful completion of transactions.
